I consider myself a true native of the Gulf Coast region. Growing up in Walton County, residing in Okaloosa County, and moving to Santa Rosa County in 1998, I’ve embraced the diverse beauty and community of this area. I’ve spent most of my adult life immersing myself in the real estate market, working full-time as a dedicated Realtor® along Florida's Gulf Coast.
My journey in real estate began at the suggestion of a family member, and I quickly realized that this was my calling. I started in new construction sales, moved on to residential re-sales, and gained valuable experience in distressed property sales, including short sales and foreclosures. I’ve worked through divorce situations, probate, and helped the elderly downsize.
As a military relocation specialist, I’ve assisted countless families in their transitions. In 2020, I took my passion for real estate a step further by obtaining my Real Estate Instructor’s License to teach and mentor my peers.
Understanding that the real estate industry is constantly evolving, I believe that continued education coupled with experience is key. In 2023, I obtained my Mortgage Broker's License to better guide my clients through the complexities of mortgage loans. Currently residing in Navarre, I serve the communities of Escambia, Santa Rosa, Walton, and Bay counties.
